GUARANT International once again sponsored Asthma Day events on May 7th, 2009 at Náměstí Míru in Prague

This year, May 7 was ASTHMA DAY

In May, the Czech Initiative for Asthma (ČIPA) organised the traditional “Asthma and Allergy Days in the Czech republic”.

On the 7th of May, 2009, a conference titled “World Asthma Day” was held at the Národní dům in Prague (Vinohrady). A tent was set up in the square in front of the conference venue, where visitors could have their respiratory functions measured at any time during the day. Using special equipment, nurses first measured their respiratory functions and then printed out the results on the spot or, if necessary, filled out referrals for further, more detailed examination. The event was organised for the general public free of charge and it aroused a lot of interest. This event has been sponsored by our company for several years now.
